This is my second purchase directly from prism website - I wrote in to voice displeasure as I saw a better price just two days after my purchase.
Nevertheless, I would still like to commend the speed. Firstly, for the speed of delivery of item, second is for the speed of getting a response from my email. The prompt responses made me feel heard as a customer providing a good brand association.
Suggestion, you may introduce a ‘best price guarantee’ program to give your customers to assurance for the next maybe 3 - 5 days from purchase (could be limited to specific products). May incur addition operational work, but provides greater positive brand association.
