I have got to be very honest!! The order and delivery went on very smoothly!! The delivery was previously scheduled between 4-8pm but was delivered way earlier around 2pm. As for the fridge, I am very impressed. It fits perfectly in the space I have in the kitchen. The matt black colour really looks awesome. The 568l of space helps make it so much easier to store our groceries and leftovers. The fridge stays cold even with lots of stuff in it. I have been using Prism+ products for the past 7 years starting with their TVs. Now I have their Aircon and their Fridge too!! When I saw the promo for the fridge I was blown away by the price and the 12 years warranty on the compressor sets them apart from all other brands of Refrigerators. Support local!! Ordered but fridge took quite a while before there was stock for delivery. But the prism customer service were very helpful so were the delivery guys. Excellent service from them. Fridge was quite good so far so good. Help with the purchase so far.
I like the Prism side by side freezer & fridge which allow easy access & retrieval of food. The preset temperature settings for eco, holiday hybrid & sanna wetting zone were excellent which offer the right temperature for respectively stuff to be kept. The user manual was informative & easy to understand. I am pleased with this new product offer by Prism
