Smart switches with dimmability functions may not work well with our Fan/Light system
Most smart switches are not compatible with our dimmable LED bulbs because the internal rectifier(SCR) of common smart switches interferes with the Power/Voltage that is supplied to our Ceiling Fan Receiver, which already has a built-in system that adjusts the Power/Voltage supplied to our LED bulbs. This double adjustment may result in non-ideal power supply and cause light flickers/damage to the system

Upon inspection tech realized there was a missing step the installer did not do and manage to rectify it. Asked to help check the rest and glad to assist and rectify for all fans although the repair was for 1 Fan only. Simple gesture but gone a long way.
